After Submitting Your Form

We will contact you the day we receive your request. (This may mean if sent after hours on Thursday that we may not respond until Monday.) If you don’t hear from us, please reach out to the clinic via phone or email. You are a priority to us.
Please email your pet's full medical records from your general care and/or specialist veterinarian(s) to naturalhealingpetcare@gmail.com before the appointment to allow the doctor ample time to review them.
- Medical (doctor) notes
- Diagnostic results (blood work, urinalysis, fecal testing, etc.)
- Vaccine history
- Imaging reports, including images (X-Rays, MRI, CT)

Pricing

The cost of the initial appointment for your pet is $350.
A $125 deposit is required to hold your appointment and is due at the time of booking (appointments cannot be booked without a deposit). This amount will be credited to your account and reflected on your invoice.
Please note: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the $125 deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required.

Pricing Breakdown

Duration: The appointment includes one hour of the doctor’s full focus and attention on your pet.
Comprehensive Assessment: We focus on identifying underlying issues contributing to your pet’s symptoms. This includes a physical exam, as well as a review of your pet’s diet and behavior.
Dual Medical Approach: Our doctors use both Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities for a thorough evaluation.
Customized Plan: Based on the exam, a tailored treatment or wellness plan will be developed specifically for your pet.
Estimates for services will be provided, and depending on schedule availability, treatments may commence at the visit.
