Our Journey Begins
Natural Healing Pet Care was founded in 2010 with a vision to provide compassionate, individualized care for pets through natural healing therapies. Starting out, Dr. Nicole rented her first space practicing veterinary acupuncture in the dining room and backyard of a human acupuncturist's home clinic.

Our journey took a significant step forward in 2012 when we needed a larger space to accommodate our growing practice. After a serendipitous detour due to
A New Chapter
the Woodward Dream Cruise, Dr. Nicole discovered a charming building with character—just what we had been searching for! Though it was not zoned for commercial use, we were determined to make it happen. After months of planning and collaborating with architects, we successfully received approval from the city, and the transformation began. We turned a simple cinder block church into a warm, inviting space where we could offer new therapies such as IV vitamin C treatments and ozone therapy.
Finding the Perfect Space
In 2021, as we continued to grow, we began searching for an even larger, more suitable space. After a year of searching and several close calls, we finally found our current location. It needed significant work, but we transformed it into the perfect space, offering ample natural light, outdoor treatment areas, a soothing atmosphere for healing, and room for our new Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy!
Creating a Sanctuary for Healing
Soon, we’ll be landscaping the area outside to feel like a sanctuary for our clients. To ensure the clinic supports true healing, we partnered with the Building Biology Institute to create a safe EMF atmosphere, hard wiring everything to protect the well-being of everyone in the space. Though we couldn’t keep the quaint charm of our Berkley clinic, we carefully laid carpet in the halls, wood tiles in the exam rooms, and adorned the walls with meaningful artwork. Most importantly, we filled the space with a team whose hearts shine so brightly, and I am beyond grateful to have them by my side every day.

We are constantly researching and adding new modalities to our practice, but we will always stay true to our core values of individualized care, compassion, and the highest quality medicine.
