At Natural Healing Pet Care, we offer herbal therapy as a safe and effective way to support your pet’s health. By using carefully selected herbal formulas, we can provide natural solutions for a variety of conditions.
What to Expect

We can usually offer granules, tablets and liquid options of most formulas. Patients are typically placed on a single formula but occasionally multiple formulas are indicated.

Due to the very high margin of safety, diarrhea would be the most common side effect. If that is seen then the herbal dose is either decreased or a different herbal is chosen. In fact, the response to the chosen formula is helpful in making a diagnosis and can guide us to the appropriate formula.
Chinese Herbals
We primarily use Classical Chinese Medicine formulas, which have been around for thousands of years and have proven their effectiveness and safety over time. This approach allows us to view our patients from a different perspective, opening up new possibilities for healing.
Quality control is of the utmost importance when using Chinese herbs. We dispense only the highest quality herbal products that have gone through rigorous quality control checks.
Western Herbals
In addition to Chinese herbals, we carry a large inventory of Western herbals such as milk thistle, nettles, and chamomile. These can be used on their own or in combination with the Chinese formulas to create a well-rounded treatment plan tailored to your pet’s needs. Just like our Chinese herbals, we have selected these formulas for their high quality plant ingredients and production standards.
